The Eva Marsden Centre uses the personal information collected for the following purposes:
- Internal record keeping (we have a web programming called Salesforce, which has 2 authenticators and is only accessible by staff members where we store our member’s info with notes, documents, services and deliverables)
- Improvement of programs and services
- Promotional communication such as newsletters
- Have a comprehensive view of our membership for our funders
- Surveys and a more targetted approach to research and outreach
You can decline to submit personal information at any point, however, we do require certain background information and sensitive information to provide you with appropriate services.

We request personal information from you when you require a service. You only need to register once for any service or program within the organization. This information will not be used for any purpose other than the one for which it was collected. The Eva Marsden Centre will obtain your consent if the information is needed for a different purpose.
